I first met Mr. Contreras in the Fall of 2007. He was highly recommended to me to do some carpentry repairs around  my house. Later in 2007 and through the Winter of 2008, I hired Mr.Contreras to act as the general contractor on a kitchen and bath renovation at my house. In that capacity, Mr. Contreras hired and supervised various subcontractors. I was very satisfied with Mr.Contreras’s work. I found him to be professional, honest, and fair.

Armando renovated 2 bathrooms in my house, and his quote was considerably less than all of the competitive quotes I received. The work was done quickly, and with excellent workmanship and materials. Since I was not in the area while the work was being done, Armando emailed  me photos of the step-by-step work taking place so I could see the job from framing to piping to completion.

I was impressed with his attention to detail, so I also hired him to renovate the closets, replace all the doors and windows, refinish the floors, add millwork around the fireplace and ceilings, and paint the interior. The house was left very clean and neat, and all the work was completed in a timely fashion. I felt that his pricing was very fair. He made good suggestions regarding some of the improvements, and I followed his advice and have a nice result. I can strongly recommend Armando for interior and exterior renovations.
